Everything you need to know about registering for the entrance examination at Allahu Akbar International School.

Step-by-Step Procedure

Fill the Registration Form

Complete the online registration form with accurate personal details, parent/guardian information, academic background, and select your preferred examination batch (Day 1 or Day 2).

Receive Payment Details

After submitting the form, you will receive a unique payment amount (₦4,000 + random kobo) and a reference code. This information is also sent to your email.

Make a Bank Transfer

Transfer the exact amount shown to the school's PalmPay account using the provided bank details. Include your reference code as the payment narration. The kobo value ensures your payment is uniquely identifiable.

Automatic Confirmation

Once your payment is verified via our webhook system, a seat is automatically allocated to you. A cryptographically secure temporary password is generated for the CBT portal.

Receive CBT Credentials

You will receive an email containing your payment receipt, batch assignment, seat number, and CBT login credentials (email + temporary password).

Take the Entrance Exam

Log in to the CBT portal using your credentials. The exam features randomized questions, a countdown timer, and audio proctoring. You will receive your score immediately after submission.

Frequently Asked Questions

The base application fee is ₦4,000. A random kobo value (0–99 kobo) is added to make each payment unique. For example, you may be asked to pay ₦4,000.47 or ₦4,000.23.
The kobo value acts as a unique identifier for your transaction. Since no two payments will have the exact same amount, our system can automatically match your payment to your application without requiring manual confirmation.

Yes. During registration, you can select either Day 1 or Day 2 batch. Each batch has a fixed number of seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a batch reaches maximum capacity, subsequent applicants will be notified and offered the alternative batch or placed on a waiting list.
Only the exact amount shown after registration will match your application. If you pay a different amount, the system may not automatically allocate a seat. Contact the admissions office for assistance.
After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with your seat number and temporary password. Log in at the CBT portal using your registered email and the temporary password.
The CBT interface is optimized for desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It uses touch-friendly controls with large tap areas for comfortable use on mobile devices.
The exam uses your device microphone to monitor ambient noise levels. If unusual audio activity is detected, a warning is displayed. After 3 warnings, the exam is automatically submitted to maintain exam integrity.
