Admissions process Allahu Akbar International School — 5 simple steps

The admissions process at Allahu Akbar International School is designed to be simple, transparent, and efficient. Follow these five steps to apply:

  1. Fill the Registration Form — Complete the online registration form with accurate personal details, parent/guardian information, and academic background. Select your preferred examination batch (Day 1 or Day 2).
  2. Pay the Application Fee — Transfer the exact amount shown (₦4,000 + unique kobo value 0–99) to the school's PalmPay account. The kobo value makes each payment unique for automatic matching.
  3. Automatic Confirmation — Once your payment is verified via our webhook system, a seat is automatically allocated. A cryptographically secure temporary password is generated for the CBT portal.
  4. Receive CBT Credentials — You will receive an email with your payment receipt, batch assignment, seat number, and CBT login credentials (email + temporary password).
  5. Take the Entrance Exam — Log in to the CBT portal using your credentials. The exam features randomised questions, a countdown timer, and audio proctoring. You will receive your score immediately after submission.

About the Kobo System: A random kobo value (0–99 kobo) is added to the base fee of ₦4,000. For example, you may be asked to pay ₦4,000.47 or ₦4,000.23. Since no two payments will have the exact same amount, our system can automatically match your payment to your application without requiring manual confirmation.
